“The outdoors have always been a huge part of my life. Whether on a family white water rafting trip or leading trips for teenagers in Alaska or Yosemite, I have had some awesome experiences and made some of my closest friendships. I could not be more grateful for the outdoors and am so excited to spend one last summer outside!” 👏

“I love booth because it really brings the chapter together. It’s so fun to work alongside people in theta I wouldn’t usually see everyday plus i’m super competitive so this is a great outlet for that. I also just love carnival in general because it’s a chance for everyone at CMU to relax and have fun for once lol.” 👏

Why Theta? “I chose Theta because I was drawn to their strong emphasis on leadership and knew I could grow and develop as a person. As a student athlete, I also felt at home because there were other members who shared my passion for sports. They understood the time commitment and hard work that comes with being a student athlete. Being surrounded by individuals who strive for excellence both academically and athletically was important to me and I knew that Theta would provide me with just that. I found such a supportive and empowering community within Theta and will forever be grateful for the friendships I have made!”
