Starting with $10,000 in private credit isn’t complicated—it’s about being smart, structured, and disciplined.

Step 1. Your $10,000 doesn’t just sit idle. It’s deployed into loans backed by real assets like real estate, small business revenue, or trade finance. The goal: steady interest payments (think 8–12% annually) that come back to you month after month.

Step 2. Due diligence = checking if the borrower can and will pay you back. That means reviewing cash flow, collateral (what they pledge if they don’t pay), their credit history, and legal documents. Underwriting is just the banker’s word for building a safety net around your money before you lend it out.

Step 3. Once a loan passes the test, you invest, and the borrower pays interest. The key is to spread your $10k across several small deals, not just one, so no single borrower can sink your returns.

Private credit isn’t magic—it’s controlled risk with predictable rewards. You’re not chasing hype; you’re building passive income streams that replace earned income over time.

I LOVE watching people experience their next level of wealth and knowing that their entire family line is changed forever because they took one smart risk - it’s one of the reasons why I changed my travel service to focus MORE on investment and global mobility which means our qualified licensed network partners find tax savings opportunities and redirect the savings to passive income investments through fractional ownership, real estate, equity ownership, and private credit instruments in Tier 2 & 3 countries which opens up private banking, residency and citizenship pathways to increase the tax saving opportunities to direct MORE cash into cash flowing, passive income investment streams.
