Today's 6th Grade Orientation & Registration was awesome! Thank you to all the 6th graders who attended! You made it a successful event. Tomorrow (July 30th) is 7th & 8th Grade Registration and we're looking forward to seeing our returning Warriors! Two sessions are available: 8:30am - 12pm or 1pm to 3:30pm. Registration starts at the middle entrance of the bus loop and ends in the library. Be sure to bring a backpack for books, notebooks and other items from Registration. If you have textbooks or a Chromebook from previous years to return, please bring them & return them at Registration. See you tomorrow, 7th & 8th Grade Hillview Warriors!

6th Graders: ARE YOU READY? We are so excited to welcome you to Hillview at tomorrow's Orientation & Registration! Reminders have been sent out to arrive at the Main Entrance Front Gate by 8:15am. Orientation starts at 8:30am in the Gym. You will meet your Mentors, participate in fun activities and tour the campus. Registration follows at 12pm and is ANY TIME between 12pm - 3:30pm. Orientation is a student only activity. Parents are welcome and encouraged to go through Registration with their student. Remember to bring a backpack or bag for the books and notebooks received at Registration! See you tomorrow!

Auto-dialer reminder just went out to our 6th Grade Families about Orientation & Registration on Wednesday, July 29th. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to RSVP for Orientation! Students should be dropped off for Orientation BEFORE 8:30am at the main entrance located at the front parking lot drop-off loop. Registration will follow Orientation ANYTIME between 12pm to 3:30pm. Hillview's Registration Dates are Wednesday (7/29) for 6th Graders and Thursday (7/30) for 7th and 8th Graders. Data Confirmation is REQUIRED and proof of address must be uploaded PRIOR to attending registration at the school site. In addition, our 7th graders must have their Tdap immunizations to start the school year. Please make sure to complete confirmation and upload current proof of residency by Wednesday! We're looking forward to seeing our Warriors this week!

Calling all Hillview 6th Grade Families! If you haven't already done so, please be sure to RSVP for July 29th's 6th Grade Orientation (8:30am - 12pm). We are looking forward to a great morning helping our 6th graders transition to middle school by meeting their mentor, enjoying fun games and activities together and touring campus. Please be sure to drop off students at the Main Entrance via the front parking lot loop BEFORE 8:30am. 6th graders just need to bring themselves and wear comfortable clothes. Registration is after Orientation, which is ANY TIME between 12pm - 3:30pm. Bringing a backpack is strongly advised to easily carry textbooks and notebooks received at Registration.

Every student must have their Data Confirmation completed through the Aeries Parent Portal.
Don't wait! Data Confirmation is required each school year to ensure your child's school has accurate and up-to-date information.
✅ While completing Data Confirmation, please:
✔ Review and update your contact information
Make sure your phone numbers, email address, and home address are correct.
✔ Verify your emergency contacts
Update or add emergency contacts so we can reach someone if needed.
✔ Update your child's medical and health information
Include any new medical conditions, medications, allergies, or health concerns.
✔ Upload current proof of residency
A current utility bill in the parent's name is required.
If the utility bill is NOT in the parent's name, you must submit:
A notarized letter from the homeowner or landlord stating you live at the residence, and
A copy of their current utility bill.
