Our REC classes have been busy learning from incredible guest speakers lately!

Taylor Spyker, Deputy Athletic Director at Wichita State, spoke with REC 450 (Sport Operations & Governance) about WSU’s decision-making processes surrounding the House Settlement, revenue sharing, executive orders in college sports, and more.

REC 375 (Professional Development Seminar) also welcomed two outstanding speakers. Kassidy Kisner shared her experience navigating the graduate assistant application and interview process, offering valuable advice for students preparing for the next step.

Ori Trimble, Graduate Assistant for PSU Football (Operations & Recruiting), gave insight into her day-to-day responsibilities and what students can expect from a GA position in athletics.

We’re so grateful for these professionals taking the time to invest in our students and share real-world experiences!
