As Center Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy, medium-to-large childcare center serving approximately 70-85 children and leading a team of 15-20 staff members.
This center proudly maintains a 4-Star Texas Rising Star (TRS) rating, and we're looking for a leader committed to maintaining and advancing our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and support a team of educators and administrative staff including curriculum implementation and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing and TRS requirements
• Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners
• Oversee enrollment, staffing, budgeting, and daily center operations
• Promote a positive culture focused on quality, safety, and child development
• Maintain high standards of classroom quality and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience managing a licensed childcare center or preschool program
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards and Texas Rising Star requirements
✔ Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff
✔ Experience with enrollment management, family engagement, and center operations
✔ Director qualifications as recognized by Texas Child Care Licensing
