Hey Chatham ATA Students! Now's your chance to invite your friends to come try a class with you. They will come to your regular class time, do a workout with the class and learn to break a board! this is open to all class levels. Tiger class guests must be at least 4, all others must be at least 7 years old to participate. Who will you invite?

We are so proud of our Leadership students for organizing and putting on their bake sale fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Their focus, teamwork and willingness to step up is so impressive! They planned and executed everything themselves, from choosing the charity to securing a location to baking to remembering to bring change for cash payments.

They raised $450 today.

One of the kids was shouting out to drivers as they went by. I looked at her parents and said, “Did we know she was this loud?” They said, “Nope. I guess she just had to be in the right place.”

That’s exactly what leadership is: putting people where they can thrive and grow.

Another parent said “This is so much more than just taekwondo.”

Yep. Came for the taekwondo. Stayed for everything else. The taekwondo is still pretty cool though. 😉

Summer camp week one has been a blast so far! Who’s joining us for camp later this summer?

We are hiring staff for our summer camp! Full time from June 10-August 23 M-F. We may consider a part-time person who can do mornings. We can be flexible on the dates as well, since we like to run a few of the camps ourselves!

If you are a college student who is off for the summer, we'd love to talk to you!

Chinese New Year is coming up… did you know?

Also known as the Lunar New Year, it’s celebrated on the New Moon of the first Month. This year it is Feb 1.

Celebrations often last 2 weeks! Including fireworks, feasts, dragon dances and giving Red Envelopes full of money for luck!
