Our Student Council wrapped up their book drive, and thanks to the generosity of our school community, every Kindergarten Gator received 3 books to take home and enjoy over the summer!

Later Gators! Today we celebrate a very special 5th grade class as they wrap-up their elementary journey at CGE. This group holds a unique place in our hearts because they are the very first class of Gators to attend CGE from Kindergarten all the way through 5th grade!

We have watched them learn, grow, lead, and leave their mark on our school community over the past six years. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see what’s next for each of them. 🧡🐊

What a great Field Day! Our students showed outstanding teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit throughout the day. A special thank you to Coach Stubbs for organizing such a fun and memorable event, and to our parent volunteers whose time and support helped make it a success! 🐊🧡

Our 5th grade Gators have truly left their mark on our school! Each student handmade a beautiful bird to add to our tree mural, creating a lasting reminder of their creativity, growth, and time here together. We are so proud of this special class and the legacy they’ve added to our halls! 🐊🧡

Fueling our focus for the final stretch! Our Gator Spirit Crew treated our staff to cart service and a delicious trail mix bar as we power through the last 10 days of the school year. The extra boost and thoughtful treats were the perfect way to keep our team energized as we finish out the year with high-quality teaching learning ! 🐊🎉

EOG testing for 3th-5th grade students starts Thursday morning. Our students have worked hard all year, and EOG tests are a way to show how much they have learned and grown over the course of the school year. They do NOT determine if they go to the next grade, nor do they tell us how smart someone is or is not. Our goal is to get our students to take EOGs seriously and to do their personal best without a whole lot of stress or pressure.
