It’s Visual Art day! Studio art class gives middle schoolers a safe space for emotional expression, stress relief, and original problem-solving. Visual arts training directly strengthens spatial reasoning, observation, and critical thinking skills—teaching students how to analyze complex visual information in an increasingly digital world. Shoutout to our middle school artists bringing creativity to life! 🎨

Hispanic Heritage Month is a great opportunity to honor the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and impactful contributions.
Books are one of the best ways to help our middle schoolers build empathy, explore diverse perspectives, and foster cultural pride.
When we read and celebrate stories by Latinx creators, it allows our students to see their own lived experience, or an appreciation for traditions and backgrounds that differ from their own.

Encourage your student to visit the library this week to check out this book or the rest of the Hispanic Heritage Month book display!
