The Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship (RPIF) is an industry-based training program for individuals with a Doctorate of Pharmacy or Medicine that partners with leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. Questions and discussions are encouraged and new photos and videos will be posted consistently. Check back frequentlly for new program information, updates, and some helpful tips about how to become successful in the pharmaceutical industry!

The Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship (RPIF) Program and its affiliated companies offer fellows a wide range of career-accelerating experiences - from meaningful projects and mentorship to professional development, networking, and opportunities to explore the pharmaceutical industry beyond their day-to-day roles.

For over 40 years, the Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program (RPIF) has been the premier pathway to a leadership career in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry.

Since our start with the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and two companies in 1984, we’ve grown to partner with over 25 leading companies all over the country, training over 1,900 alumni — including both PharmDs and physicians.

The RPIF fellowship program is designed to do more than just get you a job. Our real goal? Provide fellows the depth of experience, leadership skills, and professional network you need to fuel their entire career trajectory. With a rigorous academic component, a family of leading company partners, and a strong alumni network, RPIF is training the future leaders of the industry.
