Dear Friend of IEEE Smart Village,

We are pleased to invite you to apply for a travel grant to attend the upcoming 2026 IEEE PES/IAS PowerAfrica Conference, taking place September 21 – September 25, 2026, in Nairobi, Kenya, with ISV activities running from Sunday evening, September 20th through Saturday evening, September 26th, 2026. This vibrant in-person event offers a unique opportunity for networking, learning, and sharing experiences with global leaders and innovators.

Key Details:

Application Deadline: July 17, 2026
Award Notification: July 31, 2026
Funding Type: Partial travel support, awarded based on prior engagement with IEEE Smart Village and contributions to its three program pillars.
Attendance Requirement: The conference is fully in-person—virtual or hybrid participation is not available. Your physical presence in Nairobi is essential to benefit fully from the experience.
To apply, please complete the IEEE Smart Village 2026 Delegate Application for Travel Support by July 17, 2026.
