Apparently, life is sacred when a gun is involved—but negotiable in the womb.

Massachusetts politicians invoke “saving lives” whenever they demand another restriction on lawful gun owners. Yet the Commonwealth’s own preliminary 2024 data recorded 132 total homicides—86 involving a firearm. During that same year, the Massachusetts abortion-reporting system recorded 49,450 abortions.

Then, in 2026, Massachusetts went further, removing the former four specified grounds governing abortions at 24 weeks or later and replacing them with the professional judgment of the physician.

I believe unborn children are human lives, too. You cannot demand ever-greater restrictions on the constitutional rights of lawful gun owners in the name of “saving lives” while treating tens of thousands of unborn lives as though they do not count.

Either innocent human life deserves consistent protection, or “saving lives” is not a moral principle—it is a political slogan used only when convenient.

Spare me the selective outrage. Make that make sense.

🔥 MAJOR BREAKING NEWS 🔥

AR-15 BANS UNCONSTUTUTIONAL - In a 10–5 decision, the full Third Circuit held that New Jersey’s “assault firearm” restrictions are unconstitutional as applied to the full class of semiautomatic rifles—not merely the C**t AR-15—and that the state’s ban on magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds also violates the Second Amendment. The court sent the remaining questions involving other firearm models and types back to the district court for further proceedings. This is the first federal appellate ruling to invalidate a state “assault weapons” ban on Second Amendment grounds.

This decision is bigger than one rifle, one magazine, or one state. It is an important reminder that constitutional rights are not privileges granted at the discretion of politicians. The Second Amendment protects the rights of ordinary, law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms for lawful purposes, including self-defense.

The legal process may continue, so New Jersey residents should confirm the court’s mandate, any stay, and current enforcement guidance before changing their conduct. But this ruling deserves to be recognized for what it is: a major victory for constitutional liberty.
