Edison State’s volleyball team will kick off the 2026-27 athletics seasons this weekend! The Lady Chargers return to the court with one sophomore and eight freshmen, traveling for an opening weekend tournament on Friday, August 21, and Saturday, August 22. Their regular season begins Wednesday, August 26, at home, when they face Miami University–Hamilton.

This fall, our Nursing program will host a site visit for initial accreditation of the RN to BSN completion program and continuing accreditation of the associate degree nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.

In preparation for the site visit, the program invites Edison State students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to meet with the site visit team to share comments about the program at an in-person meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the Piqua Campus.

Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted to the ACEN by September 29, 2026.
