🍂 What a great way to kick off our field trips this year! 🌾

The Lucas Brothers Fall Fest was such a blast for everyone! We had corn mazes, hayrides, bike races, big swings, animals, a corn pit, and even a bouncy house — it was a full day of fall fun and smiles all around.

If you peek through the pictures, you might spot one of our favorite things — our big kids helping out the littles (even the ones who aren’t their siblings ❤️). Moments like that just melt our hearts!

God’s blessings are so evident in this group. What started as just a homeschool co-op has grown into something so much more — a true community, a little village where we do life together. Feeling so thankful for each and every one of you! 🍁💛

✨ First Day of School 2025 ✨

Lighthouse Christian Homeschool Co-op had our very first day of the year today — and it was an absolute BLAST! 🎉 From our littlest babes to our older students (and yes, even us mamas 😉), it was such a joy to gather under God’s guidance for a day filled with learning, fellowship, encouragement, and plenty of laughter.

🌱 Our Littles enjoyed circle time, playtime, and began talking about the seasons. This week we focused on spring—how God uses small things to make big change, just like a tiny seed grows into a giant plant. We explored how rain brings flowers to life, and of course, art time was a favorite!

🦓 Elementary students dove into zoology, learning about God’s amazing creatures. They wrapped up with a fun gym class that included a Buckeye seed hunt and collection.

🌍 Middle class jumped into earth science and botany with Ms. Jen and Ms. Stefanie, discovering more about the earth and the plants that cover it.

🍲 Our older students had a blast in cultural cooking class, traveling (through taste!) to France. The church smelled heavenly as they made French onion soup, garlic tomatoes, and fresh baguettes with cheese. Absolutely delicious! 😋

This is only the beginning of what promises to be a fantastic school year together. God has blessed us with an incredible village where we not only homeschool side by side but also live life together in community. We can’t wait to see how He unfolds the rest of this year. 💛

Hey everyone we would love to invite you to our Christmas Program the kids and mamas have been working on creating. It's a great way to see our community and our vibe while rooting on our community while we step out on stage.

We had a great field trip day at Brumbaugh Farm today. Absolutely LOVE having such an amazing community to experience all the fun and awesomeness with together 🎉

Its the day before co-op and the crazy has been going strong all day here. We have more than doubled since spring and are totally blown away by Gods glory and blessings being shined onto this community. Praying for everyone's school year no matter what that looks like 🙏 ❤️ 🙏

📣Attention 📣

Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Friends, and those still just wondering what we are all about. Now is your chance. The Troy Lighthouse Christain Homeschool Co-op is having our open house this coming Saturday from 1-3pm @ The Troy Christian Church.

1pm-2pm: Come and enjoy some refreshments, visit with our awesome families, ask questions, and see all our kiddos have accomplished in 12 short weeks.

2-3pm: the battle is on 💪 The last 6 week our older kiddos have been preparing and strategizing for an epic debate. Starting at 2 the debate will begin, all visitors will watch and vote to see who's team will be the winner. Will it be the Boys or the Girls....
