✨ Yesterday, Coach Yia Yia and I had the opportunity to attend our HUGE CFA Corporate Meeting in Columbus! 💗✨

We learned so much about teamwork, non-placement goals, building strong team culture, athlete development, positive coaching, leadership, communication, and creating an environment where every athlete can grow and feel successful. 🎀📣

We were also so lucky to have an amazing speaker from the Positive Coaching Alliance come speak to us and share so many valuable lessons that we can bring back to our athletes and our program! 💕

We left feeling inspired, motivated, and SO ready to put everything we learned into action! We cannot wait to start this new season and continue growing together as coaches, athletes, and a family! 🥹💖
