It has been a busy few weeks for Arrow Wrestling—let me recap last week:

- 2 weekends ago Oliver was able to compete for Team Minnesota in baseball in Georgia. It is really cool to see our wrestlers excel outside of the wrestling room as well.

- Last Thursday we had our final open practice with Jon Gorter. We had 19 wrestlers for practice ranging from k-12. It was an awesome last practice of the summer with some dodge ball to end practice!

- Last Saturday we had 6 wrestlers compete in the Litchfield “Summer Slam” takedown tournament. Oscar, Mason and Marcus finished 2nd in their brackets. Overall, very proud of the boys and how they competed in the tournament.

Overall, this summer was a huge success for our Arrow wrestler and our program

First, I want to thank our guest clinicians for coming and working with our wrestlers: Moe Erdman, Tanner Sloan, Cael Larson, Tom Young, Michael Kemerer, Tyler DeKraker, Logan Swensen and Jon Gorter.

Second, I want to thank all of our sponsors for making this summer happen (I will be posting a picture of all of our sponsors).

Lastly, I want to thank all of the wrestlers for coming in this summer and dedicating yourselves to better yourselves and to the Arrow Wrestling program.

We have some time off now but winter will be here before we know it. Good luck to Arrow wrestlers that are involved in the county fair and their fall sports. Keep following for updates. Get ready for the winter and go arrows!

On Sunday, we had 15 wrestlers come and work with Logan. Overall, they worked hard and had some fun. Thank you Logen for coming in twice this summer to work with our wrestlers. Thursday is our last open practice of the summer with our guest clinician: Jon Gorter.
