This week we got to honor Foundations Teacher of the Year, Ashton Carrier, with our early childhood network (RECN). This year was very special at Foundations, because our teachers voted for TOY. The responses I received warmed my heart! Ashton was voted TOY because her colleagues noticed her growth as an educator, her genuine love for children, and persistent to help children grow! Ashton maintains an excellent CLASS score (scoring above a 6 out of 7). Ashton is always seeking to learn new skills, implementing curriculum, and going the extra mile!
