Please help me ensure every one of our friends, family and neighbors in MN is aware of these court documented facts.
The attached image is from Morrison county case number 49-CV-22-391 and is a matter of public record. We are bringing this to light first due to the people involved. One of which is a member of Dr. Scott Jensen's campaign being involved in a Google family monitoring and tracking plan. My personal email was [email protected]. I had no knowledge that I was part of this monitoring app, and at the time of its discovery I had no idea whom any of these people were aside from the parent email that started this plan. Anyone can clearly see by the hand-written notes on this affidavit that the information provided is not factually accurate. This is not a contact list as stated.
On Sunday, October 2nd, 2022, PC forensics (a federally licensed company) submitted an initial discovery report including 336 pages of unauthorized device access to the Cass County Sheriff's department. This preliminary report included data recovered from only one, the first of 18 electronic devices, to be analyzed. I personally spoke to the chief deputy of Cass county the following Tuesday October 4th 2022 to confirm they had received it. He stated he had and it would be assigned to an investigator. The investigator would then reach out after reviewing the report. I stated that this data was way over my head due to the technical language and methods used to obtain the data it. I suggested the investigator reach out directly to PC Forensics to discuss the preliminary report. Lt. Brian Welk confirmed this course of action as being the soundest. As of Friday November 4th, no one from Cass county sheriff's department has contacted PC Forensics.
Over the next few weeks we will be releasing information including, but not limited to; court documents, legal filings, recorded calls with law enforcement, emails, violated non-disclosure non-compete agreements and other publicly verifiable and well documented data.
