Join us on September 24th for a dazzling showcase of our students talents! Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase in the lobby. Prizes will be handed out to our winners at the end of the night! We will love to see you there!

Ladies and Gentlemen, winter has come 😎

Join us next Thursday, August 20th, for the auditions of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

There are currently 16 speaking characters three groups of extras, and plenty of action for everyone to participate in!

Students may come with prepared monologues OR come prepared for a cold read of the script.

Tech Crew!
We need three crew members to manage Lights & Sound.
We need makeup artists that can assist boys and girls (separately) during dress rehearsal and showtime.
We need action enthusiasts to assist with combat choreography.
We need blackshirts that can build and move scenery during practice and showtime.

There is plenty to do for everyone who wants to dive into the life of show business! This will be the biggest show PPHS Theatre has done under Mr. Tyler’s watch, and we are so excited to make history with everyone!

We have our official dates for our fall play, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. The play will be December 10th, 11th, and 12th, time is tbd.
In other news, we also have our official dates for Lip Sync. It’s going to be September 24th, there will be one show during school, and one show during the afternoon. There will be prizes for each contestant, prizes will be announced closer to the date. Have a great school year!

Our State Rally performance “Group Therapy” received a SUPERIOR ranking, the highest rank attainable! That is all 😁

We’re a little late in our update, because so much good stuff has been happening! Our actors performed excellently at LSU State Rally, so many new students have auditioned for the Talented and Gifted Program, and we have officially wrapped our production of Wonderland. It’s been an amazing year and the next chapter is going to be a big one!

Join us this Fall for PPHS’s production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe! Auditions will be held early August.

Until then, that’s a WRAP🎬!
