Pine Island Community Education

Pine Island Community Education Established in 1972 by a group of local individuals interested in having our school available for adult/student activities. In that case, you will be refunded.

Registration Policy:
We will not refund classes fees without a 48 hours' notice. Classes without enough participants will be cancelled. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Waiting lists will be formed once classes are full. Fees for all activities are due at the time of registration. Make checks payable to PI Community Education. Refunds will not be made after the first class me

There will be no confirmations of class registrations, please assume you are enrolled unless you are notified otherwise. Inclement Weather- When Pine Island School is closed due to the weather, Community Education classes and activities are also cancelled.

Grab your friends and join us for a fun night of leather, creativity & crafting at South by Southeast Brewing! 🍻

In this hands-on adult workshop, you’ll learn the basics of working with leather while creating your own custom pieces — think leather earrings, keychains, and accessories! Choose your designs, add your own personal touches, and head home with handmade pieces that are totally you. 🤎

No leatherworking experience needed — just come ready to create, have some fun, and maybe enjoy a drink while you craft!

Our young learners had a bee-utiful time learning all about the amazing world of bees! 🐝

They discovered some pretty cool bee facts, got an up-close look at the bees, and even tasted some of their sweet honey! 🍯

🌸🌿 We’ve been having a BLOOMIN’ good time with Flowers & More with Jessie Karshen! 🌿🌸

Our young gardeners have been getting their hands dirty and their creativity growing! 🪴✨ From planting their own herb gardens 🌱 and creating adorable succulent planters 🌵 to building the most magical fairy gardens 🧚‍♀️🍄 — Jessie’s classes have been full of smiles, creativity, and LOTS of plant-tastic fun!

Just look at all these little green thumbs! 💚🙌
