From cookies and macarons to cupcakes and parfaits, this was only the beginning of bringing this dessert table together.

Sadly, this has happened more than once...

When you realize the cake is completely stacked… with the wrong buttercream flavor. 🤦‍♀️😅

So I did what had to be done: deconstruct, scrape, and start over.

Would the customer have known? Maybe not.
But I would. 🤍

Cake decorating: 20% baking, 80% figuring it out when your equipment chooses violence. 😂

My edible-image printer officially printed its last image, but thankfully my food-safe markers—and those kindergarten skills—saved the night! A new printer is on the way, and not a moment too soon. 🙌
