Happy Teachers' Day to all of our Whitney M. Young Academy Learning Guides and all teachers! Teachers play such an important role in our children's lives by helping them learn both academic and social skills and supporting them even once they have left the classroom.

We also want to wish a happy Teachers' Day to all of our adult educators who are empowering adults with education in the form of GED Preparation, certifications, and other credentials.

Since education is such a vital part of ending generational poverty, we need to celebrate and support the incredible people who play an important role in education.

Who says learning can't be fun?

Our students at the Whitney M. Young Academy get the perfect blend of fun and individualized curriculum to keep them engaged. These interactive lessons allow the students to work together and get a hands-on experience with their classwork!
