Myra began her musical journey at Lindeblad School of Music at the age of 6, studying both piano and voice. She was an active participant in recitals, ensembles and masterclasses. Over the years, she trained with distinguished teachers, performed multiple times at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, attended summer intensives and camps, toured Italy with the New Jersey Youth Chorus as a section leader, continued to grow through countless performance opportunities. Now, she is pursuing Vocal Performance at Rutgers University - we are so proud of the dedicated, accomplished artist you have become and excited for all that lies ahead!
Artistry and refinement take time. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. For a teacher, there’s nothing better than seeing years of work come to life. And for the student, the real victory is who they become along the way. Only in retrospect do we hear the melody their lives have been writing all along.
