At Friendship-Hazel, every scholar’s journey matters. We celebrate academic growth, personal growth, social-emotional growth, and the determination our scholars show each day as they continue striving toward success.

Thank you to our teachers, staff, families, and community for continuously supporting our scholars and believing in their potential every step of the way. Together, we are building confident learners and future leaders.

We are missing several scholars from the picture due to the end of the school year, but please know we are celebrating EVERY scholar who made progress and achieved milestones this year!

Every child deserves the opportunity to celebrate significant milestones in their academic journey. Today, the scholars of Friendship-Hazel enjoyed a beautiful and memorable 5th Grade Prom filled with smiles, laughter, dancing, and joy. Moments like these remind us that education is not only about academics — it is about nurturing the whole child by building confidence, creating positive memories, developing social connections, and allowing scholars to experience joy along their educational journey.

This special event would not have been possible without the unity, dedication, and unwavering support of our staff, families, and community. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Ms. Watson, Mrs. Martin, Ms. Polk, Ms. Goins, Ms. Thornton, Ms. H, Mr. Williams, and our wonderful PTA member, Mrs. Wiseman, for helping make this celebration meaningful and successful for our scholars.
