💙🧡 Teacher Appreciation Week at Broadmoor Elementary was absolutely AMAZING!

From our “Out of the Blue” surprises, Top Dog Hot Dog Bar, Wine Down Wednesday, and our fun-filled Hydration Station, our staff has truly felt the love and appreciation all week long. Yesterday, we wrapped up the week in the best way possible with our “Que with the Crew” BBQ celebration! 🍖🔥

A very special THANK YOU to Mr. Terrence Barnes for providing the delicious BBQ for our Broadmoor Crew! Your generosity, support, and appreciation for our educators helped make this celebration extra special.

Broadmoor is blessed with an incredible team and an amazing community that continuously pours into our staff and scholars. THANK YOU to everyone who helped celebrate the BEST crew in the district! 💙🧡

Days 1–3 have been filled with laughter, celebration, fellowship, and lots of love for our incredible educators. From “Out of the Blue” surprises to our Top Dog Hot Dog Bar and our fellowship Wednesday with lunch sponsored by Simmons Bank, our staff has truly felt appreciated and celebrated!

At Broadmoor Elementary, we believe our teachers are the HEART of our school, and this week is just a small token of gratitude for the dedication, passion, and excellence they pour into our scholars every single day.

We are excited to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week as we honor the incredible educators who pour into our scholars each and every day. Our teachers are the heart of Broadmoor Elementary—committed to inspiring minds, building futures, and making a difference beyond the classroom. Next week, we invite all families to join us in showing love and appreciation through simple, meaningful gestures each day. Parents, your support helps us continue strengthening our culture and uplifting those who serve our scholars with excellence Monday – “Message Monday” 💌 Have your scholar write a heartfelt note, card, or draw a picture for their teacher. A few kind words go a long way in building our culture of appreciation. Tuesday – “Treat Them Tuesday” 🍪 Send a small snack, drink, or favorite treat for your teacher. (Examples: chips, candy, coffee, or a baked good) Wednesday – “Wear Your Thanks Wednesday” 👕 Scholars can wear blue & orange or a shirt that shows appreciation for teachers. Let’s visually show our gratitude across the building! Thursday – “Thoughtful Gift Thursday” 🎁 Send a small gift or classroom supply. (Examples: pencils, markers, sticky notes, hand sanitizer, or a small gift card) Friday – “Final Thank You Friday” 🌟 Send one final note, email, or kind message to close out the week. Parents can also post a shoutout on social media and tag the school. Let’s come together to celebrate the incredible educators of Broadmoor Elementary. Wednesday, was filled with learning, laughter, and hands-on experiences as our scholars participated in a meaningful Tree Planting Ceremony! From digging in the dirt to working together as a team, our students truly embraced the importance of caring for our environment. 🌱

A special THANK YOU to Mr. Kevin Harris of the University of Arkansas Agricultural Development and the City of Pine Bluff for your support and for officially declaring today Arbor Day through the mayor’s proclamation. Your partnership helps us continue to build a greener, stronger future for our scholars and community!
