Transition Days for Pine Bluff Júnior High Coming Soon!!! Get Ready Rising 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders!

Huge shout out to Stacey and LeEon McAdoo for joining student groups from Jack Robey and Robert F. Morehead to prepare for the role of student leaders during transition days for PINE BLUFF JUNIOR HIGH! The students enjoyed team building activities that allowed them to learn characteristics about themselves and others. They will lead the way!

Students as Published Authors!!!!!
Nine students from Dollarway High School and Robert F Morehead Middle School had the opportunity to become published authors thanks to the program Pathways to College. All nine students submitted various entries in the categories of rap, photography, memoir, and poetry. Traron Henderson (9, RFM) was honored as a winner of $150 for his rap and memoir entry. Jayden Parker (11, DHS) has his photography featured on the front cover; Saniah Goodloe (11, DHS) has her photography featured on the back cover; Mar'Reyshia Haynes (10, DHS), and Janylaah Sanders (11,DHS) were also honored as winners of the 2023 Scholar Voices.
What a way to close the year!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night the largest award went to Nurse Wells! She is retiring after 43 years of service to this profession. She is truly going to be missed!!!
