The Summit brought together education, industry, and community partners to discuss workforce needs, opportunities, and the future of our region. While this summit may be over, the conversation is just getting started.

We’re excited to keep building connections, exchanging ideas, and working together to strengthen our local workforce.

Save the date! Our next Workforce Summit is coming in April 2027. We look forward to continuing the conversation and creating even more opportunities for collaboration and growth.

The SEARK College Workforce Summit today was a success! We proudly welcomed business, education, and community leaders and partners for a day of enlightening and inspiring conversations which focused on strengthening our regional workforce, developing talent, building meaningful partnerships, and preparing for the workforce needs of tomorrow.

When education and industry come together, we create greater opportunities for our students, our businesses, and our communities.

Thank you to all who attended, presented, and participated in today's Workforce Summit. We have some great ideas for the future. More importantly, we are excited about the seeds that were planted today and how they will grow to build a strong, skilled, and talented workforce here in Pine Bluff.

It was all about the 💵🤑💰today! VP of FBT Bank LaTasha McNeely Randle presented an amazing course to our concurrent credit students! These bright young high school scholars learned about the importance of building great credit banking basics, practiced writing checks, created budgets, and completed exercises like buying their dream car with high vs low credit scores and interest rates.

Some of them called it all a "scam" 😆 but we know it's all a part of life as an adult! We think they got the message.
