Florence Love creates spaces where you can slow down, soften, and remember what it feels like to truly care for yourself. Through the healing combination of restorative yoga and immersive sound baths, she gently guides participants toward greater peace, balance, and connection. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and Sound Bath Facilitator, Florence believes healing begins when we give ourselves permission to pause. Her classes are a sanctuary—a place where movement, breath, and sound come together to calm the mind, restore the body, and nourish the spirit. Through Yoga with Flo, part of FloEssence, Florence lovingly reminds us that caring for ourselves isn’t selfish—it’s essential. As she beautifully says, “Love On You. Love On You FIRST.
