God's Little Blessings Daycare is currently hiring!!!

God's Little Blessings Daycare, Pinconning, is seeking motivated individual(s) to serve as an assistant caregiver. Must be able to mentally and physically care for children ages 0-12 years old in a licensed group home daycare. Must enjoy working with children and be willing to provide consistent, loving, developmentally appropriate care.

20-30 hours per week. 18+ Experience preferred; training available.

Duties include:
Maintain a clean, safe, fun, developmentally appropriate environment for all children
Monitor learning activities for indoor/outdoor play
Effectively meet the needs of children of varying development
Prepare fresh meals and snacks
Diaper changes and toilet assistance
Cleaning and sanitizing of work environment

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a Medical Examination including negative TB Test
CPR required within 90 days
Ongoing training required

Applicant must have strong verbal communication skills; be caring, compassionate, and patient with children and co-workers. Must possess the ability to anticipate and problem solve "two-steps ahead." As well as, have the physical stamina required to keep up with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Advanced multitasking and organizational skills are a must in order to care for children of varying ages simultaneously.
