I found this hiding in a project bag—and now I can’t stop thinking about it. 🧶

The kids started school this week, and while getting everyone ready over the weekend, I stumbled across my Owen Sweater WIP. I had completely forgotten about it all summer!🫣

Needless to say, it went right back on my needles. The yoke is officially finished, and now I’m on a mission to get this one done.

Isn’t this yoke so pretty?! I absolutely love this color combination. ❤️🩷🤎

The Owen Sweater has always been a favorite of mine, so it feels like the perfect pattern for a little - revisiting some of my older designs and giving them a fresh look in North Bay Fiber yarn.

Now… onto the body!

As promised… new North Bay Fiber ice-dyed hats will be hitting the website very soon! 🧊🌈✨

I’m back in the dye studio creating another small batch, and one of my favorite parts of ice dyeing is that you never quite know how each piece is going to turn out. Every hat is completely one of a kind!

A limited collection of hats, along with a few ice-dyed totes, will be available online soon. 👀

I came back a day late from Sleeve Island…but I made it nonetheless! 🧶🏝️🙌🏻

My third Outsider is complete, and I love the subtle, beautiful tones of this version. BayDrift in Beachcombed paired with BayHouse DK in Sand Point creates the softest coastal palette—subtle, beautifully textured, and so easy to wear. It’s going to look fantastic with a favorite pair of jeans! 👖

🏝️ Time to rescue this girl from Sleeve Island! 🏝️

I cast on this sweater in the spring… and then, well, sort of forgot about it. 😂 I recently found her tucked away in a project bag and realized I ONLY HAVE ONE SLEEVE TO GO!

This is my Outsider, and there’s a reason this is the THIRD one I’ve knit. I absolutely love this pattern.❤️

WEEKEND MISSION: finish that sleeve and get this beauty off the needles. I think that’s totally doable, don’t you?!

Check back Monday—I’ll give you an update and we’ll see if I managed to escape Sleeve Island. 🤞🏻

What a weekend! 🥂🧶✨🥰

Our 5th Anniversary celebration was everything I hoped it would be—and more!

From getting creative at our very first Ice Dye Workshop, to planning new projects, filling the shop with yarn and laughter, and raising a glass together to FIVE YEARS of North Bay Fiber… it was such a wonderful weekend.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, shopped with us, created with us, and simply spent time together. And to everyone who celebrated with us from afar—thank you all for being part of this journey!!

Five years of yarn, creativity, friendships, and this incredible fiber community. I’m so grateful for all of it—and so excited for what’s still to come!✨
