***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

We have a Class Reunion Picnic at Kensington Park scheduled for next Sunday, AUGUST 21st at 12PM.

Important Information:

LOCATION: Kensington Park at the Orchard Picnic Shelter (to get into Kensington there is a $10 park pass fee per car - it may be wise to plan to drive together with friends).

COST: $20 per adult (kids are free!). This is paying for the picnic shelter reservation and food catering. I (Taylor Gunderson-Koehler) have to pay for catering before the event, so if you could please Venmo or CashApp me your $20 pp by 8/17 that would be wonderful. Please include in the memo the full name of all guests. My Venmo is and my CashApp $cashtag is $TaylorKoehler24. If these methods of payment don't work for you, please message me and we can work something out.

FOOD: We have catering booked. There will be BBQ Chicken, Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Lasagna, Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Redskin Potatoes, Green Beans, Corn, Salad, Rolls, and dessert.

DRINKS: This is a BYOB event. Kensington permits ONLY BEER AND WINE, NO HARD LIQUOR. It cannot be in glass bottles! There will be bottled water available at the event, but if you want anything else, please bring your own alternative beverages.

WHAT TO BRING: There are picnic tables at our shelter. However, it would be a good idea to bring a picnic blanket and possibly some folding chairs if you'd like. Feel free to bring any lawn games you'd like to have as well as cards, board games, etc.

I look forward to seeing you all there! Please reach out to your high school friends and remind them of this event. If they didn't record their planned attendance with me, its not too late! They can reach out to me still, and I will get them in my records!

FINAL REMINDER: DUE 7/22

Hi Everyone,

If you haven't already, please fill out this poll regarding your planned attendance at our Class of 2012 Reunion. (Please fill this out even if you can't come!). I only have 50 responses right now, so if everyone could please SHARE THIS POST on their individual page, pass it around to friends who aren't on FB, and just generally make sure it reaches everyone, that would be super helpful!

We have a confirmed date of Sunday August 21st for a Picnic at Kensington Park. I am still trying to confirm an additional meet-up for either the evening of Friday the 19th or Saturday the 20th.

I will be sending out an email with additional information to those who selected attending or unsure within the poll next week. If everyone could get their responses in by this Friday 7/22 that would be helpful.

Please advise whether you are planning on attending our Class of 2012 Reunion. It will be taking place the weekend of August 19th-21st. There is currently a finalized event for Sunday August 21st - which will be a picnic at Kensington Park. This is not a final commitment, but just an initial numbers...
