🧡🐾 DID YOU KNOW? 🐾🧡

At Pilot Point ISD, we believe being a Bearcat is more than what you do, it’s how you show up every day. That’s why we live by Bearcat BEST:

🐾 B — Begins with Me: Take ownership and set the example.
🐾 E — Excellence: Do your best work and keep growing.
🐾 S — Systems Thinking: See the big picture and understand how we’re all connected.
🐾 T — Teamwork: Work together, because we’re stronger together.

From our classrooms and cafeterias to our buses, offices, and campuses, every PPISD employee works to be their Bearcat BEST every day. 🐾🧡

And each month, our campus principals recognize a Teacher of the Month who truly puts Bearcat BEST into action; leading, growing, collaborating, and making a difference for our students and staff.

✨ That’s what being a Bearcat is all about!

🍎 Happy World Teachers' Day, Bearcats! 🍎

Today we celebrate the people who make Pilot Point ISD what it is: our teachers!

Every day, they show up with lesson plans, patience, and a whole lot of heart. They cheer on our students, help them through the tough stuff, and celebrate every win, big or small. Our teachers don't just teach lessons. They build confidence, spark curiosity, and help shape the future, one student at a time.

To every PPISD teacher: thank you for all you do for our kids and our community. We are so lucky to have you! 🧡🖤

Take a moment today to thank a teacher who made a difference for you or your child. Fill out our Bearcat Shoutout form and we'll make sure that each teacher receives it! 👇

Her first day on the job is this Thursday, and we can't wait! Give a big Bearcat welcome to Jade, PPISD's newest four-legged officer! 🐾🧡
