This newspaper advertisement from March 1973 is a reminder that for generations, Pilot Point families, businesses, and neighbors have proudly supported our 4-H and FFA members. That tradition of investing in our youth continues today, helping shape future leaders, farmers, ranchers, and community members.

School bells start ringing again on Monday, August 10th! Can you believe it?! 🔔📚

Quick heads up before the big day: our start and end times have changed this year! New hours are 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM. ⏰

Time to dust off those backpacks, sharpen those pencils, and get those alarms set. We can't wait to see our Bearcats back on campus! 🐾

📣 Pilot Point, we need YOU!

Yes, you — scrolling this over coffee before the day gets away from you. And you, the business owner who sponsors every sport and extracurriculuar in PPISD. And grandparents, aunts, uncles, and every neighbor who's ever cheered from the stands. And yes, you too; you don't have kids in the district, but you still want to know what's happening in your own backyard.

Pilot Point ISD is 101 square miles of BIG, from Mobberly Farms in the south all the way up to Valley View in the north and every single one of those miles has a voice we want to hear.

We're looking for hands, hearts, and ideas:
📍 Help out on a campus
📍 Serve on a committee
📍 Weigh in on long-range planning
📍 Anything (and everything) in between

You don't need a kid enrolled, a teaching degree, or a cape (though capes are always welcome). You just need to care about where this district is headed.

So parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, business owners, longtime locals, this is your open invitation. Let's build PPISD's future together, one square mile at a time. 🧡🐾

What an incredible evening at Meet the Teacher!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to welcome the 2026–2027 school year with us! It was so much fun seeing our returning kindergarteners—we can't believe how much they've grown over the summer! We also had the pleasure of meeting so many of our newest Little Bearcats, and we are so excited to begin this adventure together.

Our halls are filled with excitement, smiling faces, and endless possibilities. Adventure Awaits at the ECC, and we can't wait to learn, grow, and make memories with each of our Bearcats this year! 🌊🐠✨
