I’m very excited to announce that I will now be teaching my class at Outlast Gym starting this week! Same day same time, Wednesdays at 5:30pm. The gym is closed to the public during classes, so it will be just us ladies in class! At this time it will be $5 a class. Feel free to message me with an additional questions!
