From Student to Optometrist: Tanner’s Journey Comes Full Circle with KCEOC - KCEOC Community Action Tanner’s story with KCEOC began in high school and came full circle when he returned to Knox County to serve his community as an optometrist. His journey highlights the life-changing impact of youth programs, career exploration, and support from organizations that care.
