In this episode I discuss the importance of evolution as a person. Who you are today is different than who you were in past, and you’ll be a different person in the future, but the key is to make the evolution intentional and not reactive.

I share a personal example of evolution and tie it up to SAVAGE skills: self-defense! How making sure we assess, evaluate, and EVOLVE the skills we teach na practice is absolute paramount. I discuss what guides my thought process when changing skills, and why you should do the same.
