Busy week at TMAC

Pics from Tiger cubs testing yesterday at TMAC. We had 23 Tiger cubs test and all did great. We had a couple of folks who moved up to yellow belt.

On Saturday we had testing for our Youth class with 10 youth participating. On Friday our adults will be testing.

Work on the floor this week with our adult class at TMAC. Working on falling and techniques. A lot of people I have encountered think martial arts are just for kids. Here at TMAC we focus on kids, youth and adults. We also offer ladies self defense classes once a week on Tuesday.
