SAIL Academy is accepting new students for the 26/27 school year. We offer an alternative to mainstream education, providing your child with a program that fits their educational needs, a Chromebook to work on, one on one mentorship, and a quiet place to come to if they need extra help. We would love the chance to meet with you and your student to see if we are a good fit.

👩‍🎓👨‍🎓🎓 SAIL Academy is not your typical online school. We offer many choices that will allow your student to earn a high school diploma. We are one of the few virtual schools to be awarded a ‘Capturing Kids Hearts’ national showcase school.

🏈⚽️🥎⚾️🏀 SAIL Academy students can play organized sports through the Laker school district if MHSAA eligible.

🚙👮‍♂️💇👨‍🍳⚡️SAIL Academy encourages eligible students to attend the Huron Intermediate Tech Center.

🤫💻🛋️ SAIL Academy also offers an alternative, quiet, supported environment that includes a teacher and a student mentor on site for in person help.

SAIL Academy welcomes ALL students. Some examples are: school of choice students, home school students, student athletes, not your “typical” mainstream school students, and everyone in between.

And that’s a wrap! The 25/26 SAIL school year is coming to an end today. It has been a great year, making new friends, taking trips, learning new things, making memories and sending 5 young adults into the world.

SAIL Academy went to the zoo today! We learned facts about some animals that we didn’t know, we saw animals that we don’t typically see and got to feed some too. The best part was hanging together, laughing and just having a great time!
