When you think of missions, your first thought is probably something like "helping others". This family helps us every single day. They serve alongside us in the local community and they help us in ways you can't even begin to imagine.

We have all been without electricity now for 6 days. Today that issue was resolved by prayers and their actions.

Missions is about helping others AND accepting help from others. We are so thankful for them and their presence.

Even though none of us had electricity, they helped us serve about 70 local children and a few adults a meal on Saturday. I will post those pictures tomorrow.

If I am slow to respond to you - please know this is the beginning of Day 5 of no electricity and we use our generator but it is 4 hours here and 4 hours there on and off.
