🔆 This summer, SDSL encourages all libraries to fully embrace this year’s Summer Library Program theme: Unearth A Story!

🦖 SDSL invites all libraries to have fun with this theme by planning engaging activities/events within their communities and decorating their libraries to incorporate dinosaurs, paleontology, and archaeology to promote literacy!

South Dakota State Library, South Dakota Accessible Library Services, Braille and Talking Book Library.

Kathleen Slocum and Josh Easter of the Accessible Library Services Library at the South Dakota State Library shared the theme of their team “That all may read”, outlining free services for anyone - youth through seniors- needing services to read, including audible and braille, large print and dual print. Also needed are volunteers to read books, magazines, newspapers to record and have for South Dakotans.
