A Blizzard Warning is in effect through 6pm Monday. The heaviest snow will coincide with the strongest winds Sunday evening into early Monday. Expect heavy blowing snow, visibilities below 1/4 mile, treacherous travel conditions, and sporadic power outages. High tide Monday around 3 AM is forecast from 3.8 to 4.6 feet NAVD88. Above 4 feet we typically see flooding conditions on Paradise, Lot D, Ohio & Ladik, and the River lot. If you park in those areas, you may use lot S by the tennis courts to park for this evening. Please be aware that lot S may not immediately be cleared, but will be safe from flooding.

Our new snowfall totals are between 16 to 24 inches. A state of emergency has been declared by Rockland County, and all cars should be off the road by 6PM tonight to allow crews to perform snow removal, emergency repairs to power, and emergency response to incidents. Garbage collection will be rescheduled from Monday, 2/23 to Tuesday, 2/24 to prioritize snow removal and cleanup on Monday. Please keep your vehicles off the road to facilitate snow removal Sunday and Monday.
