Tomorrow is our first THUNDER THURSDAY⚡️🏀

These 4th grade students had the idea of starting "Thunder Thursday," a weekly dress up week that creates community and friendship in our school to support our Thunder Basketball team. When they introduced this idea to their teacher, she made it into a creative writing assignment. Their goal was to create a persuasive piece of writing that they could then present to Mrs. Ski.

After several meetings with our Admin team (and a LOT of strategic compliments), Max, Hayes, and Nicolas gave a wonderful presentation at Wildcat Wakeup to inform the whole school about our new weekly dress up day.

So, wear your best Thunder gear tomorrow, March 5th!!

Northwood was excited to see these sweet faces this morning delivering some Beau Boxes to our Pre K & Kinder classes. Mrs Westbrook & Mrs Gold’s class received some awesome goodies!
