🎹 A little behind-the-scenes exam prep at Fantasia!

One of our advanced piano students is preparing for her ABRSM Performance Grade exam recording, performing Liszt’s beautiful Consolation n.3.
There’s a lot that goes into preparing an exam performance—musical interpretation, consistency, confidence, and getting everything ready for that final recording. 🎶

🎹🎤 “Hey Jude” at one of our Fantasia student recitals! 🎶

We love seeing our students combine different musical skills—and this young musician took on both piano and vocals for her performance of Hey Jude!

Student recitals are a big part of what we do at Fantasia. They give our musicians a chance to share what they’ve been working on, gain real stage experience, and become more confident performers along the way.

🔨🎶 Our new La Mirada studio is taking shape!

Little by little, an empty space is turning into our new musical home. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes look at the renovation!

Soon, these rooms will be filled with students, teachers, instruments, and lots of music. 🎹🥁🎸🎤

We’re excited to bring Fantasia to La Mirada and can’t wait to show you the finished studio. Coming soon! 💛🎶

🎤 Welcome Teacher Sadie to the FAM Team! 🎶

We’re excited to welcome Teacher Sadie, our newest voice teacher!

In this short video, Sadie shares her musical journey—from the San Francisco Girls Chorus to Boston University and her current Master’s program at UCLA—and gives us a peek into what students can expect from her lessons.

Her approach includes bodywork, vocal anatomy, customized warm-ups, and repertoire building, with specialties in Classical Voice and Musical Theater.
