We can't wait to see our students show their school spirit while learning the importance of making healthy choices, being kind, and standing together!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our highest SC School Report Card score EVER—a 60, earning a GOOD rating and just ONE point away from EXCELLENT!

This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and heart our teachers and staff pour into our students EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

We are so proud of our students and grateful for the amazing educators who make it all possible!

At Pickens Elementary, EVERY DAY COUNTS—and the results show it!

🩷 PINK OUT DAY 🩷

This year, Pink Out Day holds an especially personal meaning for our Pickens Elementary family. Earlier this school year, we lost one of our own to breast cancer, and her absence is deeply felt throughout our school. 💗

On Friday, October 23, we invite our students and staff to wear pink as we come together in honor of her memory and in support of all those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.

We wear pink for awareness.
We wear pink for strength and hope.
We wear pink for those still fighting, those who have survived, and those we will always remember.
And this year, we wear pink for one of our own. 🩷🎀

📚✏️ 2nd Grade Families — We’re Almost There!

Our 2nd grade SPARKLERS have TWO more days of testing as they complete their IOWA Assessments on October 14 & 15!

Please help your child finish strong by making sure they are at school and ON TIME both days! A good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast will also help them do their best!

We’re proud of our 2nd graders and know they’ll SHINE! ✨💙❤️

🏊‍♂️💦 That’s a Wrap on Swim Lessons! 💦🏊‍♀️

Our 2nd graders made a splash on their final swim day at the Pickens YMCA! 🌊 From building confidence in the water to learning important swimming and water safety skills, our students have grown so much!

A HUGE thank you to the Pickens YMCA and their amazing instructors for making this such a fun and valuable experience for our students! 💙

Way to go, 2nd grade swimmers! You’ve made waves! 🐠👏
