Sahuaro Evening of the Arts ~ Friday, May 8th ~ 5:00pm-7:15pm

Please join us for a variety of Music and Art performances throughout the evening, per the following schedule:

Student Artwork - All Sahuaro Students will have a piece of artwork displayed in one of the following classrooms: Library (Rm 602) / Art (Rm 907) / Music (Rm 909) / PE (Rm 904). Please come by any time between 5pm-7pm to view your child’s art in one of our “Art Galleries.”

Cafeteria Performances:
• 5:00-5:10 – 1st Grade Singing
• 5:15-5:25 – 2nd Grade Singing
• 5:30-5:40 – 3rd Grade Singing
• 6:00-6:30 – Strings Performance
• 6:35-7:15 – Band Performance

DIRECTIONS FOR STUDENTS PERFORMING IN THE CAFETERIA:
Parents, please plan accordingly so that you are able to find parking and get your student to their assigned location on time (See arrival times below). Students will be escorted by their assigned teacher to the performance area at their designated time. When the previous group is done, the students will exit out the doors at the back of the cafeteria while the next group comes in by the front of the stage and goes to the risers. The audience will transition in and out the same doors as students.

• 4:45 - 1st Grade – Testa (Garden), Colglazier (303), Welch (302), Sanford (301)
• 5:00 – 2nd Grade – Testa (Garden), Livesay (405), Harding (404), Mosher (403)
• 5:15 – 3rd Grade – Testa (Garden), Desiderio (402), Stormoen (401), Roma (400)

Mr. Bonaguidi’s Band/Strings Performers – please arrive at the following times to the following locations, and please wear Black Pants/Skirts & a White Shirt:
• 5:45 – Strings – Band/Strings Room (908)
• 6:20 – Band – Band/Strings Room (908)
