✨ Newborn sleep hack ✨

One of my favorite gentle newborn tricks: warm baby’s bassinet or crib with a heating pad before transferring them!

Going from warm arms to cold sheets can fully wake a baby back up, so pre-warming the sleep space can make transfers MUCH smoother.

!!! Always remove the heating pad before placing baby down and make sure the sleep surface is only lightly warm; never hot.

Small changes can make a huge difference during those exhausting newborn nights 🤍
