Acacia's Teacher Appreciation Week included daily surprises from several of our business partners! We are SO appreciative of their kindness and thoughtfulness in making the week WONDERFUL! ❤️A big THANK YOU once again to our Acacia Owls PTA for orchestrating and serving everything!❤️

Last week was National Teacher Appreciation Week. Our top-notch Acacia Owls PTA, with a little help from some our wonderful business partners, made sure that each day was special for teachers and staff.

We kicked off the week with a BIG surprise from Walmart Metrocenter Each year, this store manager and team make sure they go all ot for Acacia! They served sandwiches, chips, vegetable trays special cupcakes, and sodas all with labels they made specially with our Acacia Owl. The store manager and three of his employess, stayed for 4 hours in order to make sure all 90 staff got served by them! They then surprised our principals with a check for $2,000 to be used for our students!! If you can, please visit their store to shop, and if you see any of these employees, let them know how appreciative we are of them.
We just can not say THANK YOU enough for all of the love! ❤️

Today, we celebrate three months of Acacia Way-To-Go winners. All of these students were chosen by Acacia staff members for showing exemplary examples of the Acacia Way Expectations.

This morning we celebrated the K-2nd Grade AR point winners! ALL 108 of these kids read library books at their independent levels and passed quizes in just the past 2 weeks, to earn this bi-weekly party! WOW Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders! WAY to READ!!!!!! Impressive!

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! We will be celebrating our A++++ AMAZING Teachers (and staff) all week long!!! They all do so much for our Acacia kids! We appreciate them every day and could not reach our wonderful achievements without all of their hard work and dedication.
Please help us celebrate them!

Please help us congratulate two amazing athletes who recently were awarded WESD 5th/6th Grade Girls' Basketball Athletic Certificates!
6th Grader, Malaysia earned "Most Outstanding" and 5th Grader, Bella, earned both "Most Outstanding" and "Most Improved"!

Way to go, Owls! We are so proud of you!💪🏀🤩

Last week, we also celebrated School Lunch Hero Day! Our A++++ cafeteria staff, led by cafeteria manager Monica Ring, does such a wonderful job feeding over 830 students daily!
You are all certainly, our heroes! 💪🌟🥰
