Another season in the books ❤️

It’s hard to put into words what this program means to us.

This year, we watched kids laugh until they could barely breathe during water games, build friendships with kids they had never met before, and grow in confidence through sports they never expected to love so much.

That is what Sports Kidz AZ is all about.

So many times we hear:
“I don’t like soccer.”
“I’m not good at basketball.”
“I’ve never played football before.”

Then a few weeks later, they’re asking when they get to play it again.

Because it was never really just about the sport.
It was about belonging.

In a world where homeschool families can sometimes feel isolated, this became a place where kids could truly be kids. No judgment, no pressure, just fun, growth, and community.

God created us for community, and watching these kids connect across different ages, skill levels, and backgrounds has been one of the greatest blessings for all of us.

To our coaches, parents, and families, thank you for making this community so special. And to the kiddos, thank you for the smiles, energy, competitiveness, and memories we will never forget.

Sports Kidz AZ is more than homeschool PE.
It’s a family.

Spring Basketball Showcase 🎥🏀

21 teams.
2 divisions.
One incredible day.

From our K–2 athletes to our 3rd–5th graders, the energy was unreal. The kids showed out, competed hard, and most importantly had an absolute blast doing it.

So proud of our coaches for leading the way, our players for bringing the effort and joy, and our families for the constant support. Everything ran smoothly, and every kid walked out with a smile on their face.

That’s what it’s all about.

April was one for the books at Sports Kidz AZ 🏀💙

From our 4 year olds learning how to dribble and shoot for the very first time…
to our 18 year olds competing in full games, working on defense, and growing as leaders…
and every age in between…

This month was all about basketball AND gentleness 🙏

We talked about what it means to be strong and gentle
To compete hard, but treat others with kindness
To lift each other up, on and off the court

That’s what makes this community so special 💛

We are truly blessed to pour into these kids every day
through sports, prayer, and building something bigger than just a game.

And we’re just getting started…

March was a hit at Sports Kidz ⚾️🔥

Our athletes learned how to step up to the plate, swing with confidence, and play the game the right way. Tons of hits, big smiles, and even bigger growth all month long.

We also focused on our character trait, faithfulness. Showing up, giving your best, and staying committed no matter what.

Proud of all of the kiddos and the effort they brought every single day 👏

What a week ❤️

From the run to the games to the smiles after, this is what it is all about.

Our kids showed up, gave 100% effort, and pushed themselves. Some goals were hit, some were missed, but every single one of them learned something bigger.
If you train, stay consistent, and believe in yourself, you CAN achieve your goals!

We had runners hit 16 laps in 10 minutes (1.6 miles!) 🤯
And together, we raised $2,167 for our program 👏

So proud of every kid who gave their best and every family who supported them.

Our Flag Football Showcase was a huge success! 🏈

Our K–2nd and 3rd–5th graders competed, made great plays, and showed how much they have grown this season. Our character trait was confidence, and it was amazing to see our athletes believe in themselves and step up on the field.

So proud of our kids and thankful for the incredible support from our families. So many smiles and medals all around! 🏅
