Manzanita’s boundaries are 35th Avenue to the east, 43rd Avenue to the west, Northern Avenue to the south and Dunlap to the north.

Manzanita Elementary School, in the Washington Elementary School District, is a traditional neighborhood school serving more than 800 students in prekindergarten through sixth grade. At Manzanita School we are committed to:
