📚If you're looking to add a little humor to your summer reading list, we recommend a Shakespearean classic full of confusion, coincidence, and comedy.
📖 Rising 7th Graders: The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare
One of Shakespeare's shortest and most entertaining plays, The Comedy of Errors reminds us that things are rarely as they seem—and that sometimes the best lessons come wrapped in laughter.
Happy reading, Falcons! ☀️🎭

⚔️🐭 Adventure awaits this summer!
For families looking to keep the joy of reading alive during the break, we recommend a classic tale that has captivated young readers for generations.
📖 Rising 7th Graders: "Redwall" by Brian Jacques
Set within the walls of a peaceful abbey and filled with memorable characters, daring quests, and timeless themes of courage and loyalty, "Redwall" is the perfect companion for summer days.
Whether reading beneath a shady tree or curled up indoors escaping the heat, we hope our students enjoy getting lost in a story that reminds us that true heroism is found in virtue, not size.
Happy reading, and happy summer! ☀️📚
Looking for a great summer read? 📚☀️
Over the years, many parents have asked for summer reading recommendations for their scholars. While not required, we suggest the following title as an excellent way to continue the conversation and love of learning fostered in Literature & Composition and Humane Letters this year.
📖 Rising 6th Graders: The Last Battle by C.S. Lewis
May your summer be filled with adventure, imagination, and stories that inspire wonder. Happy reading!
Thank you for another incredible year, Falcons! See you in the fall!🎓🩵🍎
The Class of 2027 is making their mark! We can’t wait to see the completed senior painted parking spots in the fall—until then, have a great summer, Falcons!☀️🕶️

☀️ Happy Summer Break, Falcons! 🦅
Thank you for an incredible year filled with hard work, school spirit, and unforgettable memories. We hope your summer is full of rest, adventure, and time with family and friends.
Enjoy the break, Falcons — we’ll see you in the fall! 💙✨
🎆 So much to celebrate… but there’s still important work ahead.
Veritas Prep is currently working to close a $28,000 gap to meet our end-of-year giving goal for the 2025–2026 fiscal year by June 30.
As we approach America’s birthday, there’s no better time to invest in the revolutionary education happening every day at Great Hearts. 🇺🇸
Families are encouraged to consider $1,500 annually or $125 per month per student, though rising costs have increased the true funding need closer to $2,200 per student each year.
This summer, make a BANG:
💥 Increase your giving commitment
💥 Add an extra gift toward our goal
💥 Or start July 1 with stronger giving intentions
When our classrooms are fully funded, fireworks fly and students thrive. 🎇
