At Veritas, students read complete, enduring texts, not summaries generated by a screen. They wrestle with ideas, write their own papers, and develop their voices without Chromebooks or AI doing the thinking for them.
Technology has its place, but the classroom is where students learn to focus, reason, discuss, and write independently. This commitment to real books and original thought is helping our academy thrive in literacy while the country's literacy continues to decline. As a nonprofit public charter school, Veritas receives less public funding than traditional district schools. Community Investment helps close that gap and sustain the teachers, smaller classes, and rich curriculum that make this education possible.
