📚Last Friday, AVID students made a special visit to Arcadia High School to learn about college and career pathways. They listened to talks from teachers and students about opportunities at school!

As the first week of school comes to a close, we’re recognizing an incredible milestone in the Scottsdale Unified School District community! 🎉

Roni Scholz has dedicated 50 years to SUSD, serving students and families at multiple schools throughout her remarkable career. Today, she continues to make a difference at Ingleside Middle School.

Five decades of dedication, connection and commitment have made an impact on countless students and communities. Roni’s story is a powerful reminder of the lasting difference educators make, not just in the classroom, but in the lives of the students they serve.

Wow- so many incoming kids showed up to new student orientation! They had a great time meeting their teachers and walking their schedules. We are excited to meet all the new Trojans. Thank you Ingleside PTO and Ambassadors for helping the event go smoothly! 💙☀️✏️

Being a teacher is hard work. Being a teacher for 50 years, at the same district, is monumental. Ingleside is proud to have Roni Scholz as our title 1 instructional specialist. Mrs. Scholz has been in SUSD for 50 years, and we celebrate her achievement. She is hardworking, kind, knowledgeable and loves to teach. Over her 50 years she has been at 8 schools in the Scottsdale district.
Thank you, Roni, for your service to our kids and community. Happy 50th anniversary🍾🎊🥳

Congratulations to Ingleside Middle School student Siya, who was named a global finalist in the World of 8 Billion student video contest!

As part of a class assignment in teacher Meghan Hibbard's classroom, students created one minute videos exploring how population growth impacts global issues. Siya's project, Effects of Sulfur Dioxide on Human Health, earned middle school global finalist honors in the Energy category.

Way to represent SUSD on the world stage!

Last week Ingleside 7th graders had a blast .aquarium, learning about marine animals and ecosystems.
Students had hands-on learning with amazing creatures for the whole day! Thank you to our parent chaperones and 7th graders science teachers Mr. Cermack and Mrs. Hain for leading!
